Welcome to Contrails!  The website formerly known as the Wright Air Development Center Digital Collection has been re-named.

The scope of our activities is greater than ever.  Our goal is to help preserve and disseminate the technical history of the first century of powered human flight.

To this end, we will pursue the digitization of any government published resources that contribute to this history, including technical reports published by the Wright Air Development Center, it's successors, and other agencies.
