 The menu to the left allows you to access some of the features of the Contrails website.  The Aircraft section allows you to take a closer look at some of the airplanes and missile systems that the Wright Air Development Center (WADC) and its antecedents worked on and helped develop.  The Roswell portion outlines historical connections between the alleged alien encounter known as "The Roswell Incident" and  WADC research and researchers.  The Space Race portion outlines the WADC's contributions to aerospace research leading up to the formation of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.  Pearl Harbor contains one accounting of the attack.  Our Featured Report is where we highlight a report and give you a little more information about some of the interesting research that was conducted at the WADC.  In the Image Gallery, you can see some stunning images of aircraft, and much more.
