A new option has now been added to the "Resources"
tab. The bottom choice is now an "Indexes" option,
which will lead you to a page dedicated to digitized technical report
indexes from the mid-twentieth century. Currently and for the foreseeable
future the concentration will be on volumes of the U.S. Government
Research Reports. The USGRR was a invaluable resource used for
the compilation of our bibliography, and was a precursor to NTIS' Government
Reports and Announcements Index.
Aric Ahrens, the Government Documents Depository Coordinator at the
Paul V. Galvin Library, and Project Coordinator for Contrails, has
been invited to reprise his presentation at the Depository Library Council
Fall '05 Meeting (available here).
The presentation is scheduled for 2:35 PM on May 4th, 2006 at the Illinois
State Library Annual Government Depository Conference. The
conference draws government documents librarians from across the state.
