The construction, plumbing, capability, and operation of the Life Support Systems Evaluator are described. The evaluator is a research tool for determining technical feasibility of tech niques and principles involved in operation and design of life support equipment by integrated evaluation studies. The evaluator is operational and has provided very good results.
