TheContrails staff is consistently engaged in research and analysis of all things pertaining to theContrails project.  These efforts range from collection and usage analysis ofContrails holdings, to research into issues effecting the public availability of technical reports.  The decision was made to self-publish these research and analysis efforts as pdf files in the series listed below.  The intention is to have many of these findings included where appropriate in articles to be submitted for publication in appropriate technical periodicals.
